Cancellation Policy

Bright Boarding Kennels Cancellation Policy

 

We understand that plans can change, and we aim to provide flexibility for our clients while ensuring we can accommodate all pets in our care.

 

  •  Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled drop-off time: No cancellation fee.

 

  •  Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled drop-off time: A cancellation fee of 25% of the total boarding cost will apply.

 

  •  No-shows or failure to cancel: If you do not cancel and your pet does not arrive for boarding, the full boarding fee will be charged.

 

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible to avoid any fees.
